세계 최고 수준의 자동차용 수소밸브 기술을 보유한 오스트리아의 VENTREX 경영진이 한국을 방문해 수소모빌리티 분야에서의 협력 가능성을 모색했다.

VENTREX의 최고영업책임자(CSO)와 영업 매니저는 지난 11월 18일부터 21일까지 한국을 찾아 국내 수소 상용차 시장을 선도하는 HD현대 인프라코어와 타타대우모빌리티를 잇달아 방문했다. 이번 방문은 빠르게 성장하는 한국의 수소모빌리티 산업을 직접 파악하고, 차세대 수소 내연기관 자동차에 적용될 핵심 기술 협력 방안을 논의하기 위해 이루어졌다.

VENTREX는 자동차용 고압 수소밸브 분야에서 세계적인 기술력을 갖춘 기업으로, 유럽과 북미 주요 완성차 업체들에게 솔루션을 공급하며 글로벌 수소차 부품 시장에서 영향력을 확대해 왔다. 회사 관계자에 따르면, 이번 한국 방문을 통해 국내 주요 기업들의 기술 개발 방향과 생산 전략을 확인했으며, 향후 공동 개발 및 프로젝트 협력에 대한 실질적인 대화를 진행했다.
